CLAVIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT started with a family of three real estate agents in Toronto, with over 50 years in collective experience. Many real estate clients were interested in investment properties and realized the potential of reliable rental income coupled with strong investment returns. However, most of these investors did not have an interest or resources to handle the day-to-day operations of being a Landlord.

In the beginning, we simply treated this as obvious post-sale customer service. However, we quickly saw that the demand for personalized + affordable property management in Toronto was high and unfulfilled.
