In Ontario, the tenant must provide at least 60 days written notice. Please complete and sign the N9 ‘Tenant’s Notice to End the Tenancy’ form.
Property Condition
Your rental agreement requires you leave your residence in clean and undamaged condition. It is expected that you:
Remove any furniture and contents from the unit, as well as the storage locker (if applicable).
Repair any holes in the wall. Avoid any unnecessary issues with the return of the unit.
Replace any burned out light bulbs.
Clean the kitchen such as appliances, cabinets (inside and outside), and countertops.
Remove all food pantry and the refrigerator. Wash out compartments.
Clean washrooms - showers, tubs, fixtures, tiles, mirrors, toilets.
Clean floors and steam clean carpeting.
Empty the lint trap, both inside and above the laundry machine.
Upon leaving, please secure the unit by locking all windows and doors.
